Ha Noi a city of lake is also the political, economical and cultural capital of Vietnam. The attractive centre of Ha Noi is built around Hoan Kiem Lake.Just to the North of this lake is the Old quarter.The Old Quarter, with over a thousand years of history, remains one of Viet Nam’most lively and unusual places, where you can buy anything from a grave –stone to silk pyjamas.

Morning:
Visit some sightseeing, such as:
- Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Ba Dinh square . One pillar Pagoda: This is the nice square and wooden pagoda leaned on one pillar in the middle of green lotus pond. It was constructedi n1049 and called Dienhuu. Legends said that King Ly Thai To did not have any sons. One night the Goddness of Mercy in his Dream sitting on the lotus gave him a son. Later his married young country girl and has a successor. The King thanked the Goddness of Mercy by building this pagoda in the form of the lotus.
Tran quoc Pagoda is the oldest pagoda in the Vietnam, was built in 6th century. It is unique architecture of Buddism in Vietnam.
Temple of literature: Dedicated to confucius and used as a school for princes, the temple of Literature was considered as the first university of Vienam in 1076.

Afternoon:
The ethnology museum, it is well worth the trip to observe the depth of VietNam’s cultural diversityThe museum features an astounding collection of art and everyday objects with some 15.000 artefacts gathered from throughout Viet Nam.
Then continue to visit center of Ha noi, Hoan kiem Lake, walk around old quarter to see the Western and Indochine architecture, Ngoc Son Temple and shoping.

                                        Tour 007B: The traditional villages
Morning: Take the car to visit first the Bat Trang ceramic village. There is a great number of villages producing ceramicBut the oldest village for this art is Bat Trang, near Ha Noi.According to historical documens, product of this village were well known even in the 15th century.Visit the traditional ceramic village where the local people make the ceramic things such as: bowl, tea –pot, cup, vaise.... the quality and art of drawing is superb. Then transfer to But Thap pagoda.This is an architectural ensemble that preserves many vestiges of the 17 th century.
Near But Thap is Dong Ho village – the painting viallage. Here you can see another art of painting. Continue to discover the wooden village of Dong Ky.
Pm: Lunch in Le Mat village- th snake village.The locals raise snakes for the up market restaurants in Ha Noi.So you can eat a lot of delicious plats.
Come back Ha Noi in the afternoon.

                                         Tour 007C: Pagoda around Ha Noi
These pagodas are located both in south west of HaNoi. Around Thay pagoda,there is not only the Thay pagoda, often called the Chief pagoda, located at the foot of the mountain, but an entire cluster of Buddhist architectural works built at various periods of time.About the Tay Phuong pagoda, with some eight of its beautiful statues displayed in three buildings and the bas-reliefs found everywhere in the pagoda, Tay Phuong pagoda has truly become a valuable museam of sculptural art in Viet Nam.
Depart to visit Thay Pagoda, about 40 km from Hanoi, you can discover the best pagodas in Vietnam. Enjoy the rural life of traditional villages on the way.Continue to visit Tay Phuong Pagoda that is famous for 79 statues carved after classical Buddhist stories.This pagoda consists of three single-level structures built in descending order, on a hillock said to resemble a buffalo. Back to Hanoi.

                                       Tour 007D: Silk village of Van Phuc and pagodas
Depart from 8.30 am to visit first the silk village is situated on the bank of the Nhue river , belong to the township of Ha Dong, province of Ha Tay, 10 km from the centre of Ha Noi. The population of this village has the traditional skill of weaving silk.The silk of Van Phuc was famous for being of a very fine sort, was a precious product, appreciated by many people under fmilar name of Ha Dong silk.
Transfer to Tram –a very beautiful and quiet pagoda then visit also the Tram Gian pagoda .The name Tram Gian ( one hundred compartments) comes from its architectural structure, which has up to 104 compartments.There are more than 150 statues in the temple, most of them made of wood and a few of earth.
Return Ha Noi .
