DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE IN DETAIL

The misunderstanding between " service offer " of the travel agent and "service - preferred " of the customer may cause the problem or even a broken-down in the relationship of two sides. To avoid this matter, Binhtours shall always clarify the services supply within an itinerary as clear as we can. Hereunder is the description of services we offered in which program we set up.

Travel insurance...
Travel insurance are just applied for adventurous and challenging tours which to remote areas where the living condition are basic. The insurance is implemented by Vietnam insurance company, the biggest State-owned one in Vietnam

Room...
One double or twin sharing room here is understood that you shall share your room with other people. Double room has one big bed with two places.Twin room has two smaller beds.Each bed for one person. If you are a group with more than 2 rooms.Your room will be arranged automaticaly next door if possible or maybe two connecting rooms.
Att: In the hotel less than three star hotel or some three star hotel, there are almost no the connecting room.

Basically, the accommodation offered with tours will be 2-3 star standard. The room is equipped by air-conditioned, hot shower, Satellite TV, minibar, Tel.
Hotel facilities includes for up 4 star hotel : swimming pool, bar, restaurant, money exchange, Internet cabin, sauna and massage...

Meals...
Except the case you are a big group or request for some special desire, we advice you to take care your self your meals. You have always the help of your guide or your driver if you would them to show you some place. The price for one meals in Viet Nam around: 2 usd- 7 usd… The drink is not included in the tour program

LAND TRANSFER BY A/C VEHICLE FOR WHOLE TRIP...
Your vehicle is always private. You don’t have to share your bus with other tourists.
The vehicle type varies depend on the quantity of travelers or the status of the road.
4-seat car will serve 1 or 2 customers,
16-seat minibus will serve the group up to 8 people,
24-seat bus will serve the group up to 14 people,
35-seat bus will serve the group up to 20 people
45-seat coach will serve the group up to 25 people.
The remaining free seats of each vehicle will keep free for a " large-space" feeling for travelers. Sometimes, the seats will be used for luggage transporting. 

About quality of the vehicle, we shall always use a modern one for your transportation. The manufacturing date of each vehicle should be around 2004 - 2006. Hereunder is some example of our vehicle team.

Att: In Viet nam, there is almost no driver speaking well foreing language.

Domestic air ticket...
There are only two airline companies in Vietnam named Vietnam Airline and Pacific Airline ( flying Hanoi - Sai Gon only ). In these tours, our domestic tickets are served by Vietnam Airline. Vietnam Airline's aircraft include: Airbus 320, Airbus 321, Boeing 767 for the long flight ( Hanoi - Sai Gon and vice versa, Hanoi - Hue/Danang and vice versa, Sai Gon - Hue/Danang and vice versa ), while Fokker and ATR 72 will be taken for the shorter route ( Sai Gon - Phu Quoc, Hanoi - Dien Bien, Sai Gon - Nha Trang, Hanoi - Nha Trang... ).
In addition, although we could not make a comparison with other Airline Co. such as Singapore Airline, Cathay Pacific..., but with the rapid developing of Vietnam airline, their professional attitude have been increasing daily, and you will be satisfied with their services. For the visit of Ha long bay you can also go there by heliopter : schedule only on Saturday. If charter, everywhen.

Your ticket are basically economy class. Special booking ( business class, private helicopter... ) will be informed in advance and we will discuss about the quotation. 

The domestic flight may change their schedule with or without prior notice. Should this occur, Binhtours will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value but it is on your charge ……..VN AIRLINE NO RESPONSIBLE weather….

Train...
In general, you have the 4 persons cabin but you can also buy 4 ticket but for you only.You will not share your cabin with anybody.

Special: With Victoria Express or Tulico you can have a deluxe cabin with only 2 beds. Please inform-us in advance for the quotation

Boat trip...
Boat trip usage used within water place. Hereunder is some details about your boat trips:

Sailing Boat in Halong bay

In Ha Long, you have a big boat with an engine, The sail is made for a good decoration.
Lunch/dinner with fresh seafood could be served on board. 
A boat is resered for a group client of Binhtours.You don’t have to share your boat with anybody even you a a group of only one or two persons.In general, a visit of bay takes 5 hours. If you would like more or less time, please inform us in advance.
Sleeping on board is also new feature in Halong bay, The boat have several rooms ( from 4 to 7 double or twin rooms) with air-conditioned, toilet inside... This is an exciting and wonderful feeling of overnight in the bay, enjoy the sunset and sunrise.

Boat trip in Tam Coc and Perfume Pagoda:



Rowing boat along the stream in Tam Coc and Perfume Pagoda will bring you a new and interesting feeling. Each boat just contains 3-4 people, rowed by a person who living and growing in local place. Chance of exchange information, studying the activities and life of local inhabitants , chance of trying to row if you are not afraid of falling down… smile

Boat trip in Hue
The river runs along the mountains and tourists could enjoy the scenery. Side by side, villages, fishing boat, then onto some tombs of Vietnamese kings. Very enjoyable and interesting.

Boat trip in Mekong Deta
To visit Mekong Delta, tourists must use the boat running along rivers. Enjoy the scenery of wonderful nature, visit the fruit and flower garden, floating market, bustling life of the "river" people, this is what a boat trip could show you.

English/French/.. Speaking guide
There are two major foreign languages that most tourists require when travelling to Vietnam: English and French. At each tour, depend on guest's requirement, we will send the English or French speaking guide to serve them. In some special cases with Italian, Spanish, Japanese, German, Korean, Russian..., we shall must know in advance and this arrangement will quote you a little bit higher than the original quotation.
